By filling out the following “Fall-back Favorites Form,” we’ll always know what meals to prepare for you, even if you forget to order. We’ll keep this on file for you.

On the form, you’ll see Weeks A through E.  Simply select the quantity of each meal that you would like to receive for that particular week.  Your total quantity of meals should match your subscription.  (If you have a 10-meal per week subscription, make sure your quantities total “10” for each week.)
